The LORD Your Healer
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
The short version
This app collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers. Nothing you do in the app leaves your device.
What the app stores
The app remembers three things, and it keeps all of them on your device only:
- which promises you have marked
- which promises you have spoken today, and the date, so the count resets each day
- your settings — the daily reminder time, if you turn it on, and your chosen reading voice
This information is never transmitted anywhere. It is not backed up to us, because there is no “us” to back it up to. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
What the app does not do
- It does not create an account or ask for your name, email, or phone number.
- It does not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
- It contains no third-party advertising or analytics software.
- It does not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.
- It makes no network requests of its own.
Notifications
If you turn on the daily reminder, the notifications are scheduled by your own device using the operating system’s built-in scheduler. They are not sent from a server, and no push notification service is involved. Turning the reminder off removes them.
Speech
Promises are read aloud using the text-to-speech built into your phone. The audio is generated on the device by the operating system. Nothing is recorded, and the app has no access to your microphone.
Links to other websites
The About screen contains links to websites we do not operate — including the ministry that compiled the promise list, and the author’s own book site. If you follow one of those links, the site you land on has its own privacy policy, and this one no longer applies.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top.
